How We Scope This in Sprints
AI Operations Setup is a Build Phase project (one-time). Typical scope: 2-4 sprints (30-60h total). Sprint 1 for audit and design, Sprints 2-3 for build and testing, Sprint 4 for training and handoff. After Build Phase, transition to Maintenance or AutoPilot for ongoing support.
