How We Scope This in Sprints
AI Content Engine is a Build Phase project (one-time). Typical scope: 3-5 sprints (40-80h total). Sprint 1 for brand voice audit, Sprints 2-3 for workflow build and training, Sprints 4-5 for testing and handoff. After Build Phase, transition to Maintenance or AutoPilot for ongoing optimization.
